Confession Is Good For The Soul....Right??????

Ok...they say confession is good for the soul...right???? Well you see yesterday I did something...out of the goodness of my heart mind you.....it was for my sister over at Nanna's Place ....wellllllll her friend in Missouri (we won't call names but her initials are MAURINE over at Stitchins House Of Prims ) called Sister long distance and blabbed!!!!!!
Well I had already talked to Sister 3 times that morning...no I didn't mention the act of kindness...I'm not one to brag on myself...but the phone rings and it's SISTER!!!!
Sister--"What have you done!" Me--Well Let's see I made the bed and rearranged the living room.. Sister---is there something you want to tell me! Me---not that I know of..we did all our talking this morning I thought! Sister--Is that your story...do I need to go to a library and look on a computer! Me--sister you're a grown woman...you can go anywhere you like.
She then calls me by my first and middle name!!!!! She informed me she got a phone call...said the snitch..uhhh I mean the friend was laughing and choking so hard she couldn't even tell her what was on the computer....I told her I just wanted to let her friends know that I loved her and that her computer was broke.....Her famous last words was YOU JUST WAIT!!!!!!!"
Now honestly you guys...do I look like the type of person that could harm my one & only Sister????? Below you will find the post that I did on her blog for her..how could she not feel the love.......(heeeeee heeeee heee!) oh sorry!

Extra...Extra....Computer Dies.....
Morning guys...it's me PICKET!!!!!! Yep I'm Nanna's sister & I know her code words! lol lol It just so happens 'Sister' called me this morning telling me her computer had died.....well of course I was just heart broken for her cause I went thru that same tramatic saddness here while back...so of course I felt her pain........but then I got over it & me being the greatest Sister in the world ask her did she want me to post anything for her on her blog....WELLLL...MY EARS ARE STILL RINGING FROM THAT LOUD NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!
But I couldn't just let all her friends be out there wondering about her...so there I've done my good deed and no..she won't thank me for it...but I feel better in my heart knowing I did the right thing~~~~~~~
Now for your entertainment...let's have a little show & tell shall we....I mean what can she do...no computer...she doesn't know my pass words...it'd take her a good hour to get dressed and drive over here...let's share....

Here is sister in one of her rare baby pics...look at that face...ohhhhh such a sweet little dumpling & I am not using that word lightly here! That girl needed a training bra!!!!!
Oh how precious...here I am holding the little sweet tater in one of those photo booths....look at my glorious blond curls...I have to pay good money for those today!
Ohhhhhhh...precious!!! Look at those little pouty lips...don't go thinking she was born with those...she was a ..psssst... closer......(thumb sucker)..but you didn't hear that from me!!!!!
Oh lookie here....Sister on a little pony...remember when they would come thru the neighborhood with the pony and go door to door asking if you wanted your kid's picture taken? Funny to me I don't have a picture of me sitting on no pony!!!!!!! Oh little Sister...I do love you so...you who have been with me thru thick and thin & mostly the thick was caused by you....you who have ran to my rescue with your can of air freshner to spray the outhouses before I'd go in on our many fishing trips with daddy...
You who stayed by my side after surgery and sat down on the folding cot and caused it to fold up locking you in and causing me to bust my stitches open laughing while trying to scream for the nurse...
You who layed up in a hospital bed giving birth to your third sweet baby while I packed up my 4 babies and stayed at your home with your other two babies and they all got the chicken pocs at the same time...such joys...
you who have gave me more laughs than I can even remember...like the time after church you came to see our new baby chicks wearing your Sunday best & you sticking your hand under the mother hen..causing her to flog you...baby chicks flying thru the air...me screaming for you to help me get them and you bending over and a huge gush of wind blowing your dress over your head just as the group of little elderly veterans that boarded next door had came out to sit in the yard and enjoy the scenery...bet they didn't expect to see that much of 'nature'
Yes Sister...this is for you....just because I love you so......♥♥♥

50 lil sweet taters came by...:

Oh my this is very good. Nothing like a sister to spill the beans about you. I just wrote about whacking my sister in the head with a vacuum cleaner pipe over 40 years ago. She still brings it up, whiner that she is.
Her name is also Dot. Funny thing is I refer to my husband on my blog as my BB..big burly..Parallels galore here.

Good Morning Dot!

I read your previous post and was practically in tears. Such a sweet endearing account of your Pa Smith! The fishing things you have are a real treasure but of course the real treasure in it all is your stories of him.

Then I read THIS POST!! I didn't know whether to laugh or cry for your sister! That you would actually post her childhood photos with out her knowing it! ROFL And tell such things as her childhood habits! ROFL And make insinuations that she was a chunky baby etc! ROFL

All I can say is I'm glad you don't know my passwords!!!
Great fun post! (even though your sister doesn't think so)

Hugs, Sherry
