I've finally taken my head off of the farm and back into blogland, and look at all of the great things I missed the last few days. This salad recipe sounds wonderful. I could go for a good salad. Since I started farming poor Jacob has had nothing but fast food and snacks the poor boy! (But he's probably enjoying it:) ~ Robyn

That Spinach Salad looks and sounds delish! The only Spinach I have ever eaten is spinach cornbread. (By the way it's delish and if your feeling brave, LOL, you can get the recipe from my recipe blog...I bet you'd love spinach cornbread...it tastes sweet and it's made with jiffy bread, cottage cheese, butter onion and frozen drained spinach. I haven't posted on the recipe blog for a while, but you can get there from the side bar of my blog if you want to. Well, I hope you have a great day!
